This is an ever growing webpage to tell you about my love Wendy & I. We are getting married August 18th, 2001 at the Kidston Pavillion in Mill Creek Park at 12:30pm. Mill Creek park is in Youngstown, Ohio. When she first saw the Pavillion, located in Fellows Riverside Gardens in the park, she fell in love with it & knew that was where she'd be my bride. We are perfect together. We have many things in common yet things uncommon that keeps the relationship interesting. We have adapted each others lifestyles into our own. I feel this is the woman I had waited for many years to find. We have a trusting relationship. My family loves her and her family loves me. It is a totally accepting circle of family members.

Our wedding plans are going just fine. We didn't want to have a lot to do in the summer months and have nearly accomplished all we need as of this date (Feb. 19th...which of course is now past.). We have the hall, the music, her dress & veil, plans for our honeymoon (which is going to be to Aruba...hee hee), the photographer and videographer, the favors for the reception are in the works as are the arrangements to go on the tables. We waited so long to find each other, we will have a happy glorious wedding.

Here is a pic of the wedding area. Wendy will walk up the aisle of roses to meet me in that Pavillion. The wedding, as I said, is in August...so the roses will be in total bloom!.

This is our insane cat. His name is Opus after the penguin in the comic strip "Bloom County" It was my favorite comic strip and is sadly missed. He is actually Opus Part 2 because I had a cat in college I named Opus. He is actually Opus Part 2 and from there a nickname formed. OP2 became OPP, as in Oh Pee Pee........yes that is how you would write it as it sounded! He is a great cat and is now a year old. This was his first Christmas and amazingly didn't destroy the Christmas tree. Wendy & I thought maybe we'd find the tree down daily but he just managed to knock off some ornaments. A few times he decided he wanted to try & climb the tree & that's how I got this shot. What a dork huh? He figured it was his tree & he'd climb it! He is actually a loving cat with a security blanket. Every night he comes to bed with a mouse a great friend of mine bought him. He goes no where without it. He ends up curled up on or by me. Every morning he goes downstairs with Wendy & snuggles up to her & sleeps as she wakes up with her first cups of coffee. Whoever gets home first (usually me) is greeted at the door. He's a spoiled cat for sure. Wendy & I coddle him like a kid but I admit I am worse. We love our OPP!!! There is also a photo of Wendy's dog Snickers. You can see Opus in the background. Yes, believe it or not, they get along. When we go to bed at her parents house, its us & both animals. Cramped quarters sometimes but the pets love us & we love them.

This is a pic of Wendy and I on her Aunt's boat. We were heading out in Lake Erie for a fun spin. This is the day we got engaged. Yes, I finally asked a woman to marry me. I waited sooooo long but ya know...it was worth it. Wendy is fabulous & I couldnt ask for a better mate to start a life together. We both waited a long time. By this stage in life we both knew what we wanted out of life & a union...and we both wanted the same.
